Trade fairs are an opportunity to maintain good relations with existing partners and the opportunity to establish new contacts. Thanks to the use of even a modest lighting fixture, with a larger budget supplemented with screens for the presentation of films and multimedia materials, a standard exhibition stand will stand out from the others, attracting the attention of potential contractors.

In the case of more extensive stands, the luminaire can be extended with the sound system needed to conduct interactive competitions and communication with visitors, as well as a richer lighting and multimedia setting.

As part of each of the three proposed price variants, we provide the highest quality devices and professional service of experienced technicians and producers.

The STANDARD package is the simplest solution for any stand of any size. In order to attract the attention of visitors to the fair, the stand will be illuminated with the latest generation of LED devices.

A system of 10 integrated LED strips will be used to illuminate the entrance and walls of the stand. The colors of the scenographic lighting may refer to the dominant color of the company's logo or change sequentially.

An additional effect will be provided by 10 SMART BAT devices. Their concentrated light beams in any color are ideal for lighting narrow architectural elements, such as presentation platforms or wall edges. In addition, these elegant, small-size devices use battery power, so they can be placed in communication routes and hard-to-reach places without the need for wiring.

The price of the package includes assembly and disassembly of equipment as well as technical service throughout the event.

Security requirements for the contracting authority:

electrical installation in the place of installation of devices from the package must meet Polish construction standards
building / hall / open space with the appropriate number, size and marking of escape routes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 7 June 2019, item 1065)

The MEDIUM package is intended for companies that during the fair, apart from the effective lighting of their stand, also want to present to the visitors promotional films or other multimedia materials.

Along with the system of integrated 10 LED strips and 10 SMART BAT lamps for lighting walls and exhibition platforms, offered in the STANDARD variant, the stand will be equipped with 2 large LED screens with a diagonal of 50 inches each and a video signal splitter. The highest possible resolution in this class of devices will ensure reliable emission of all multimedia materials or animations of the company's logotype.

The price of the package includes assembly and disassembly of equipment as well as technical service throughout the event.

The PREMIUM variant was created for trade fairs, during which, along with the broadcast of films and multimedia materials, it is necessary to use a professional sound system. It can be used to promote the stand in the fair space, create the right atmosphere thanks to the musical setting, organize interactive competitions for visitors to the fair, as well as official speeches and presentations addressed to partners and potential customers.

In this package, along with a system of integrated 10 LED strips and 10 SMART BAT lamps for lighting walls and exhibition platforms, the stand will be equipped with 2 large LED screens with a larger diagonal of 65 inches. The enlarged emission surface will ensure better visibility of the presented materials, while also serving as a multimedia scenery.

A new addition to the PREMIUM package is the QSC Q10 sound system (changed to HK AUDIO if purchased) with an audio mixer and 2 wireless microphones on stands. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. This set ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in rooms with a maximum area of 150 m2.
