Outdoor Social Events

The STANDARD package was created for outdoor integration events, which, despite limited funds, are to be a unique event for the company's employees or external partners.

The focal point of the outdoor event will be a professional 5 x 4 m bitec stage. Protection against wind and rain will be provided by special mesh covers and roofing.

5 x 6 m. Additionally, the side walls of the stage will be covered with black material, ensuring an elegant scenery effect.

In this variant, we offer a professional sound system in the QSC KL12 system with an audio mixer and 2 wireless microphones. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. The set in the STANDARD package ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in open spaces with a maximum area of ​​400 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. As many as 10 Robin 150 Led Beams and 10 Robin Spikie devices will be used to design effective lighting shows to the rapidly changing rhythms of dance music and to create unforgettable lighting effects during calmer ballroom dances. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light in case it appears in the official speech scenario.

An additional element of the stage and dance space lighting will be the use of a set of 6 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps. Some of them will be used to create the so-called the "counter" effect. Thanks to this procedure, the people appearing become more visible and stand out from the background of the scene. The remaining devices will be used to illuminate the space in front of the stage with wide beams of the world in different colors.

In the STANDARD variant, we also offer 2 high-power floodlights for illuminating the public and creating the so-called the strobe effect, i.e. flooding the audience with a wall of light.

The central place of each dance event is a DJ stand in a unique style. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models of original furniture to choose from.

The price of the package includes assembly and disassembly of the equipment as well as sound and light production throughout the event.

electrical installation in the place of installation of devices from the package must meet Polish construction standards
building / hall / open space with the appropriate number, size and marking of escape routes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 7 June 2019, item 1065)

The MEDIUM package is intended for those organizers of outdoor integration events who want to provide participants with an even greater experience during the evening entertainment and dance event. In this case, the basic variant has been enriched with a set of modern devices for effective lighting, not only of the stage and the dance floor, but also of the entire area where the event is organized.

As in the basic package, we offer a professional stage made of bitec platforms with dimensions of 5 x 4 m. Protection against wind and rain will be ensured by screens made of special mesh and a roof with dimensions of 5 x 6 m. Additionally, the side walls of the stage will be covered with black material, ensuring an elegant scenery effect.

Uninterrupted communication will be ensured by a professional sound system in the QSC KL12 system with an audio mixer and 2 wireless microphones, ensuring reliable operation and clear sound reception in a space with a maximum area of ​​400 m2. As in the STANDARD variant, we also offer a DJ stand in a unique style. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models of original furniture to choose from.

In the MEDIUM set, the Robin 150 Led Beam lamps and 10 state-of-the-art Robin POINTE heads will be used for the effective lighting of the dance space. This compact device of the latest generation has enormous lighting power and displays gobos with various structures, creating a spectacular spectacle. The small size and installation on free-standing poles ensure installation flexibility in all conditions. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light, when the official speech of the company's management board representatives is provided for in the event scenario.

An additional element of the stage and dance space lighting will be the use of a set of 6 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps. Some of them will be used to create the so-called the "counter" effect. Thanks to this procedure, the people appearing become more visible and stand out from the background of the scene. The remaining devices will be used to illuminate the space in front of the stage with wide beams of the world in different colors.

During the dance event, 2 floodlights will also be used to illuminate the audience and create the so-called the strobe effect, i.e. flooding the audience with a wall of light.

Compared to the STANDARD variant, our offer is supplemented by devices for architectural lighting. Thanks to the use of 8 wide-angle LED floodlights SGM-P5, the place of the event will be visible from a distance and will make it easier for guests to find their way to their destination. Attractive branding will be provided by two Prolights Mosaico gobo scanners, which will display the company logo or the name of the event on any available space.

Additionally, 8 wireless Smart BAT devices will be used to illuminate the stage lighting, used to illuminate narrow architectural elements. These elegant devices

with small dimensions, they use battery power, so they can be placed in passageways and hard-to-reach places without the need for wiring. Additionally, 8 Robe Esprite spot profile heads will be used to create multi-colored structures in the open air.

The price of the package includes the assembly and disassembly of the equipment. The professional course of the entire event will be supervised by a team of four producers and technicians.

The PREMIUM variant was created for extensive corporate events, during which, along with a spectacular sound and lighting setting, the broadcast of multimedia materials or promotional films using the latest generation video wall is also planned.

Compared to the MEDIUM option, a super-powerful set of 10 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps and 10 Martin Quantum Profile LED heads with a very strong light brightness, giving the possibility of mixing colors in CMY technology and having a wide range of gobo patterns will be used for the effective lighting of the stage and the dance space. The compact dimensions of the devices and the installation on free-standing poles provide flexibility in all conditions. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light, when the official speech of the company's management board representatives is provided for in the event scenario.

Very high pixel density (2.5 mm) guarantees cinematic image quality and full sharpness of even the most detailed data contained
in presentations. The very high brightness of the lighting makes the LED wall perfect for both indoor and outdoor events, with strong sunlight. In addition, the individual panels from which the wall is mounted have a rectangular shape and dimensions that allow you to build a screen with an aspect ratio of 16x9, in which the vast majority of film and presentation materials are produced. An equally important advantage is the extreme ease of assembly and calibration, which reduces installation and disassembly times.

Along with a video wall of the latest generation and an extensive system of devices for the effect lighting of the stage and the dance floor as well as the scenographic lighting of the entire event space, in the PREMIUM package, we offer the full range of devices and services described in the MEDIUM option, including: professional, reliable sound system for spaces up to 400 m2, assembly of the stage with an area of ​​20 m2 with a roof and cover of the side walls and an original DJ stand.

The professional course of the entire conference will be traditionally supervised by three producers operating the lighting system, sound system and multimedia, as well as three technicians. The package price also includes full assembly and disassembly of the equipment.
