The organization of corporate integration events during which the main attraction of the event is its entertainment and dance part, regardless of the number of employees or external partners participating in it, requires a technical setting at the highest level. The younger the target group of such an event, the more important this setting becomes, because it is easier for guests to compare it to the standards set by large night clubs, which they are frequent visitors to.

Excellent sound quality, a modern multimedia material emission system and effective lighting of the stage and the dance floor are the basic elements of every integration event or corporate disco. Depending on the needs and the size of the budget, within each of the three options, we will provide the highest quality equipment and professional evening service. The packages described below are prepared to handle events organized indoors.

The STANDARD package is the perfect solution for organizers with a small budget who, despite limited funds, want to provide the participants of their event with the pleasure of listening to good quality music and experiencing modern lighting effects.

In this variant, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. The set in the STANDARD package ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception
in confined spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space of the event. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. 6 Robin 150 Led Beam devices and 6 Robin Spikie devices are enough to design effective lighting shows to the rapidly changing rhythms of dance music, as well as create unforgettable lighting effects in harmony with
with the rhythms of calmer ballroom dances. The small size of the devices and the positioning on free-standing poles ensure installation flexibility in facilities of all sizes. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light in the event of an official appearance in the event scenario.

In addition to the sound and lighting, in the STANDARD package we provide a 4 x 2m stage made of bitec stage platforms. Adjusting the height of the legs allows the stage to be mounted horizontally from 20 to 100 cm. In addition, the entire stage will be covered with a carpet in a predetermined color. An original style DJ stand is the central place of every dance event. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models to choose from.

The price of the package includes assembly and disassembly of the equipment as well as sound and light production throughout the event.

electrical installation in the place of installation of devices from the package must meet Polish construction standards
building / hall / open space with the appropriate number, size and marking of escape routes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 7 June 2019, item 1065)

The MEDIUM package is intended for those organizers of integration events who, in addition to providing basic lighting for the parquet, would like to introduce lighting decorations to chill-out zones or catering zones.

As in the STANDARD package, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone, which ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in closed spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. 6 Robin 150 Led Beams and 6 Robin Spikie devices are enough to design spectacular lighting shows for any type of music, as well as create unforgettable lighting effects that harmonize with the rhythms of calmer ballroom dances. The small size of the devices and installation on free-standing poles ensure installation flexibility in facilities of all sizes. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light, when the official speech of the company's management board representatives is provided for in the event scenario.

with small dimensions, it will be used to illuminate columns and other narrow architectural elements. Additionally, 10 Robe Esprite spot profile heads will be used to create multi-colored structures on walls or ceilings.

In the MEDIUM package, in addition to the sound and lighting, we provide a 4 x 2m stage made of bitec stage platforms. The PREMIUM variant is intended for handling more prestigious events, during which, in addition to the excellent quality of devices used to make the entertainment part of the event more attractive, the organizer plans a substantive presentation illustrated with a multimedia presentation or a promotional film. This package has an even richer set of lighting, expanded with devices to illuminate the facade of the building in which the event is organized.

As in the STANDARD and MEDIUM packages, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone, which ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in closed spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space of the event. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. 10 Robin 150 Led Beams and 10 Robin Spikie devices will be used to design effective lighting shows to the rapidly changing rhythms of dance music, as well as create unforgettable lighting effects that harmonize with the rhythms of calmer ballroom dances. The number of devices proposed in the PREMIUM package requires the use of 2 gates made of aluminum structure on which the devices will be mounted. It will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light during the official part of the event.

The set for scenography lighting will consist of 20 LED strips, which we will use to illuminate the walls, and 10 wireless Smart BAT devices to illuminate poles or other narrow architectural elements, as well as 8 Robe Esprite spot profile heads, which are perfect for creating multicolored structures on walls or ceilings.

Compared to the MEDIUM option, our offer is complemented by devices that we will install outside to illuminate the facade of the building where the integration event will take place. Thanks to this solution, the place of the event will be visible from a distance and will make it easier for guests to find their way to their destination. We will use it for architectural lighting
8 wide-angle SGM-P5 LED floodlights, which we will supplement with two Prolights Mosaico gobo scanners that will display any logotype or name of the event on the building.

During the more prestigious integration events, the multimedia projection not only serves as a medium for the substantive message contained in presentations and film materials, but also contributes to the stage design and atmosphere of the entire event. The ideal solution for the implementation of both tasks is a modern LED vision wall with dimensions of 3.2 x 1.92 m, offered in the PREMIUM package. Very high pixel density (2.5 mm) guarantees cinema-quality projection and full sharpness of even the most detailed data contained in presentations.

In the PREMIUM package, in addition to the sound system, lighting and video wall, we provide a 4 x 2m stage. An original style DJ stand is the central place of every dance event. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models to choose from.

The price of the package includes the assembly and disassembly of the equipment. The professional course of the entire event will be supervised by a team of as many as 5 technicians and producers.
