The STANDARD package is the perfect solution to be used when organizing smaller events, which, thanks to the use of modern equipment and professional service, will become a great opportunity to maintain relationships with existing partners and a good excuse to establish contact with new customers.

The basic element of each opening ceremony with the participation of a larger group of guests is a professional conference sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 2 wireless microphones on stands. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. This set ensures reliable operation and clear sound pickup
in confined spaces with a maximum area of ​​250 m2.

The second item in our offer is the white light illumination of people speaking in the focal point of the event. For this purpose, the strongest in its class will be used
4 MARTIN ELP-CL LED profile lights. They will be installed on elegant, free-standing tripods.

Additionally, in the STANDARD package, we offer a set of necessary accessories: a traditional ribbon to be cut, elegant posts needed to hang the ribbon, 2 pairs of stylish scissors
complete with an elegant tray, a set of limiting 8 theater posts with rigging.

The price of the package includes the assembly and disassembly of the equipment as well as the sound engineer and technician service throughout the event.

The MEDIUM package is intended for the ceremony promoting the opening of the facility, during which multimedia materials are planned to be broadcast, such as a presentation of the company's achievements, a corporate movie or a report on the construction of a new plant or the assembly of a modern production line.

A modern LED video wall with dimensions of 3.2 x 1.92 m will be used for the presentation of multimedia materials. Very high pixel density (2.5 mm) guarantees cinematic quality of emission and full sharpness when presenting even the most detailed data. Extremely high brightness of light makes the LED wall perfect for both
indoors, as well as in outdoor events, in strong sunlight. Additionally, the individual panels from which the wall is mounted are rectangular in shape
and dimensions that allow you to build a screen with an aspect ratio of 16x9, in which the vast majority of film and presentation materials are realized. It should also be remembered that the multimedia projection not only plays the role of a substantive medium contained in presentations and film materials, but also, thanks to the animation of the logotype and graphics, contributes to the event's scenery and the atmosphere of the entire event.

Along with the video wall, in the MEDIUM variant, we also offer equipment and service included in the basic package, i.e. the professional QSC Q10 conference sound system in the set
with an audio mixer and 2 wireless microphones on stands and white light illumination of speakers using 4 MARTIN ELP-CL LED profile lights.

We also provide the necessary accessories to cut the ribbon (any color of the ribbon), elegant posts needed to hang the ribbon, 2 pairs of stylish scissors with an elegant tray and a set of 8 restrictive theater posts with rigging.

The professional course of the event will be supervised by three producers who support the lighting system, sound system and multimedia. The package price also includes full assembly and disassembly of the equipment.

The PREMIUM variant has been prepared for ceremonial openings with the participation of a large group of guests. In this option, along with the multimedia setting, we have provided effective lighting of the stage and selected architectural spaces inside and outside the building where the ceremony takes place. Thanks to the light scenery, the whole event will gain a unique character and will become an unforgettable event in the life of the company.

The first new item is a professional stage with dimensions of 2 x 2 m and adjustable height from 20 to 100 cm. In addition, it will be upholstered with black material, providing an elegant scenery effect.

4 LED profile spotlights installed on free-standing stands will be used to illuminate the front of the stage and the speakers.

A fully integrated system of 20 LED strips will be used to illuminate the surface in the background of the stage, the side walls of the room and areas in the passageways. The oblong lamps will provide lighting in any color referring to the color of the company's logo or product brand.

In turn, 10 SMART BAT LED lamps are elegant devices with small dimensions, using battery power, so they can be placed in passageways and hard-to-reach places without the need for wiring. Their concentrated light beams in any color are ideal for illuminating narrow architectural elements such as columns or wall edges. SMART BAT devices are also waterproof, thanks to which they work very well in outdoor conditions, used to illuminate the entrance to the building or the access road.

In the PREMIUM package for architectural lighting, we will also use 8 wide-angle SGM-P5 LED floodlights, ideal for lighting the building facade. These latest generation devices have a full range of 256 RGB colors. Small dimensions enable quick and easy assembly in a designated place. An important advantage is also the low energy consumption.

The rich set of effect lighting will be supplemented with two professional Prolights Mosaico gobo projectors, which will be used to display the company's logo or any other graphic symbol on the architectural surface.

As in the MEDIUM variant, a modern LED vision wall with dimensions of 3.2 x 1.92 m with very high resolution will be used for the presentation of multimedia materials.
