The STANDARD package is the perfect solution for organizers who, with a limited budget, want to turn a company meeting into an unforgettable event
with a multimedia setting and effective stage lighting.

The first item in this variant is a 3 x 2m stage made of bitec stage platforms. Adjusting the height of the legs allows the stage to be mounted horizontally from 20 to 100 cm. Additionally, after editing, the whole stage will be covered with black material.

In the STANDARD variant, we offer a conference sound system in the QSC Q10 system (change of description to HK AUDIO, if purchased) with an audio mixer and 3 wireless microphones on stands. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. This set ensures reliable operation and clear sound perception in confined spaces with a maximum area of ​​250 m2.

In addition to the stage and sound system, the basic item in the STANDARD package is the white light illumination of people speaking on the stage. For this purpose

The MEDIUM package is intended for events requiring more attractive stage lighting and scenographic lighting of the entire conference space. Thanks to the latest generation of additional devices and an enlarged projection area, the spectacular visual effect will make an even greater impression on the participants of the sales conference or award ceremony.

Along with the equipment and service included in the standard package, the orderer will receive a 4 x 2m stage made of bitec stage platforms. Height adjustment of the legs allows the stage to be mounted horizontally up to 20 to 100 cm. Additionally, the entire stage will be covered with black material.

The QSC Q10 sound system (change description to HK AUDIO, if purchased) along with an audio mixer and 4 wireless microphones on stands will ensure reliable operation and clear sound reception in a room up to 250 m2.

Four LED profile spotlights will be used to illuminate the stage events with white light. In the MEDIUM variant, we also offer stage background lighting for the stage. A set of 8 latest generation ROBE ESPRITE lamps will be used for this. They enable the display of various structures on wall surfaces. Thanks to the use of such effect lighting, the conference will receive a scenery in the colors referring to the colors of the company's logo or product brands.

The stage lighting will be complemented by the use of a set of 4 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps forming the so-called "Counter", thanks to which the people appearing are better visible and stand out from the background of the scene. This procedure also allows for obtaining much higher quality photographs and film shots documenting the entire event. ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps are the latest generation equipment both in terms of technical parameters and design. On stage, their concentric LED circles create an additional visual effect.

An additional element of the effect lighting will be the use of 2 latest generation Prolights Mosaico projectors, used for gobo projection, i.e. a light logo or any graphic sign. An additional effect that can be achieved with the use of these projectors is the projection of the structure of fire and water on any architectural surface inside the building.

The rich lighting offer in the MEDIUM package is complemented by a set of 20 LED strips. The system of integrated, longitudinal lamps will provide illumination of the side walls in the conference room or in the foyer. The colors of the scenographic lighting can change throughout the room depending on the ceremony scenario or remain in a constant tone referring to the dominant color of the company's logo.

A modern LED video wall, also offered in the STANDARD package, but in this case with larger dimensions of 3.20 x 1.92 m, will be used to broadcast multimedia materials such as presentations, films or graphic animations. Apart from a very high image quality, an equally important advantage of this device is extremely easy to assemble and calibrate, which reduces installation and disassembly times.

The professional course of the conference will be supervised by three producers who support the lighting system, sound system and video projection, as well as one technician. The package price also includes full assembly and disassembly of the equipment.

The PREMIUM variant has been prepared for extensive sales conferences with the participation of a larger group of sales representatives as well as jubilee galas and ceremonies requiring a particularly elegant setting. The unique lighting scenography and the modern XXL LED screen will make the whole event gain a unique character emphasizing both the motivational message flowing from the stage and the elegant dimension of special occasional events.

Compared to the MEDIUM variant, the professional stage with adjustable height will be mounted in a much larger size 6 x 3 m and upholstered in black material, ensuring an elegant scenery effect.

2 wireless headset microphones, allowing you to move around the stage during your performances without having to hold the microphone in your hand. This professional sound system will ensure reliable operation and clear sound reception in a room up to 250 m2.

4 LED profile spotlights will be used to illuminate the front of the stage and, additionally, in addition to the MEDIUM package, 4 ROBE ESPRITE moving head lamps and 4 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps. Both models are the latest generation equipment both in terms of technical parameters and design. The entire front stage lighting kit will be installed on a professional support system in a rarely appropriate black color. Thanks to this, even such large construction elements will blend into the event space, without distracting the attention of participants.

ROBE ESPRITE moving heads of the latest generation will be used to illuminate the background of the stage and the ceiling, enabling the display of various light structures. Thanks to the use of as many as 8 lamps of this type, the entire stage space and a significant part of the conference room will take on a unique dimension, filling with light structures in any color.

An additional element of the stage lighting will be the use of a set of 4 ROBE LEDWash 600X lamps forming the so-called "Counter", thanks to which the people appearing are better visible and stand out from the background of the scene. This procedure also allows for obtaining much higher quality photographs and film shots documenting the entire event.

For the scenographic lighting of the conference room and other rooms, 2 Prolights Mosaico gobo projectors of the latest generation and an integrated system of 20 LED strips will be used to illuminate the side walls in the conference room or other rooms. Additionally, the PREMIUM offer includes 10 SMART BAT LED lamps. Their concentrated light beams in any color are ideal for illuminating narrow architectural elements such as columns or wall edges. In addition, these elegant, small-size devices use battery power, so they can be placed in communication routes and hard-to-reach places without the need for wiring.

An additional item in the PREMIUM offer is a modern HazeBase smoke machine. Delicate smoke significantly enhances the effect of the work of lights and is an indispensable element of events with an extensive lighting fixture.

As in the case of the STANDARD and MEDIUM variants, a modern LED vision wall will be used to broadcast multimedia materials, but this time enlarged to the dimensions of 4.48 x 2.4 m. The screen with a projection area of ​​nearly 11 m2 will be made of 35 panels. The cinematic quality of broadcasts and the full sharpness of even the most detailed data strengthen the substantive message contained in the presentations and the reception of film and graphic materials illustrating the events on the stage. Additionally, in the PREMIUM variant, two 40-inch plasma screens will be placed in front of the stage. Installed in elegant black housings, they will be used by the people performing on stage as a preview of multimedia projections realized on the main screen.
