The times when the only available location for the organization of proms was a gymnasium, and the main decoration - a military masking net, are long gone. Today, graduation balls are organized in hotel rooms, renowned restaurants or modern event spaces. All these places require appropriate adaptation
and fixtures to give empty interiors a club atmosphere that encourages crazy fun. It is similar with student events, the organizers of which more and more often want to give them an original style or a creative leitmotif.

Excellent sound quality, a modern multimedia material emission system and effective lighting of the stage and the dance floor are the basic elements of every dance event today.
Depending on the needs and the size of the budget, we will provide the highest quality devices and professional evening service within each of the three variants. The packages described below are prepared to handle events organized indoors.

The STANDARD package is the perfect solution for event organizers with a limited budget to provide participants of proms and student events with the highest sound quality
and club mood, thanks to the use of modern lighting effects.

In this variant, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone. QCS is one of the most renowned sound equipment brands in the world. The set in the STANDARD package ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in closed spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space of the event. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. 6 Robin 150 Led Beams and 6 Robin Spikie devices allow you to design effective lighting shows integrated with the rapidly changing tacts of dance music, as well as allowing you to create atmospheric lighting effects that harmonize with the rhythm of calmer ballroom dances. The small size of the devices and installation on free-standing poles provide flexibility in installation in various facilities
of any size. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light in the event of an official appearance in the event scenario.

In addition to the sound and lighting, in the STANDARD package we provide a 2 x 2m stage made of bitec stage platforms. Adjusting the height of the legs allows the stage to be mounted horizontally from 20 to 100 cm. In addition, the entire stage will be covered with a carpet in a predetermined color. The DJ stand is the central place of every dance event
in an original style. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models of furniture to choose from.

The price of the package includes assembly and disassembly of the equipment as well as sound and light production throughout the event.

building / hall / open space with the appropriate number, size and marking of escape routes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of June 7, 2019, item 1065)

The MEDIUM package was created for events where, in addition to professional sound and effective lighting of the parquet, the organizers want to use modern lighting decorations to create a unique atmosphere also in other places of the hall, such as the chill-out zone or catering zone.

As in the STANDARD package, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone, which ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in closed spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2.

We also provide effective lighting for the dance space. For this purpose, we will use modern Robe devices. 8 Robin 150 Led Beams and 8 Robin Spikie devices are enough to design spectacular lighting shows for any type of music, as well as create unforgettable lighting effects that harmonize with the rhythms of calmer ballroom dancing. The small size of the devices and installation on free-standing poles ensure installation flexibility in facilities of all sizes. The proposed devices will also allow the stage to be illuminated with white light when the event's scenario provides for an official speech by the organizers or sponsors of the event.

3 types of lamps will be used for the stage lighting. We will use the integrated system of 20 LED strips to illuminate the walls. 10 small wireless Smart BAT devices will be used to illuminate poles and other narrow architectural elements. Additionally, 8 Robe Esprite spot profile heads will be used to create multi-colored structures on walls or ceilings.

A rich set of architectural lighting will be supplemented with two professional Martin ELP-CL gobo projectors, with the use of which we can display the theme of the event, the name of the school or university, wishes for future high school graduates or any graphic symbol on the architectural surface.

In the MEDIUM package, in addition to sound and lighting, we also provide a professional stage with dimensions of 2 x 2 m and adjustable height from 20 to 100 cm. In addition, the entire stage will be covered with a carpet in a predetermined color. An original style DJ stand is the central place of every dance event. Before the implementation begins, we will present 3 models to choose from.

The price of the package includes the assembly and disassembly of the equipment. The professional course of the entire event will be supervised by a team of three producers.

The PREMIUM variant is intended for servicing the largest proms and extensive student events with the participation of a larger number of guests. Additional devices will provide even more spectacular lighting for the stage and the entire space in which the event is organized. In addition, large-format plasma screens will be set up on the stage or in designated places, on which it will be possible to present a photo show or occasional films to add splendor to the event.

As in the STANDARD and MEDIUM packages, we offer a sound system in the QSC Q10 system with an audio mixer and 1 wireless microphone, which ensures reliable operation and clear sound reception in closed spaces with a maximum area of 250 m2. We also provide a stage with enlarged dimensions of 4 x 2 m and an illuminated DJ stand (3 models to choose from will be presented before the start of the implementation). Two large 65-inch LED screens will be used to present films and photographic materials. The highest possible resolution in this class of devices will ensure reliable emission of all multimedia materials. During the dance event, the screens will show club VJ animations.

To illuminate the dance space, we will use as many as 10 Robin 150 Led Beam devices and 10 Robin Spikie lamps, thanks to which we will obtain a real club quality and a spectacular effect on a large surface. The number of devices proposed in the PREMIUM package requires the use of 2 gates made of aluminum structure on which the devices will be mounted. It will also allow the front of the stage to be illuminated with white light during official speeches, usually opening every prom or student party. The set for scenography lighting will consist of 20 LED strips, which we will use to illuminate the walls, and 10 wireless Smart BAT devices to illuminate poles or other narrow architectural elements,
as well as 8 Robe Esprite spot profile heads, which are perfect for creating multi-colored structures on walls or ceilings.

A set of 6 ASTERA TITAN TUBE lamps will be a unique lighting of a scenographic nature. These are elongated LED tubes which, placed in any configuration on the stage or elsewhere, become spectacular scenery objects. Installed in minimalist bases, they use battery power and connect to each other and the lighting system mixer wirelessly via bluetooth. This is a huge advantage of this one-of-a-kind lighting equipment, as it avoids the installation of cabling on the stage.

Our offer in the PREMIUM variant is complemented by devices that we will install outside to illuminate the facade of the building where the event will take place. Thanks to this solution, the place of the event will be visible from a distance and will make it easier for guests to find their way to their destination. For architectural lighting, we will use 8 wide-angle SGM-P5 LED floodlights, which will be supplemented with two Prolights Mosaico gobo scanners that will display the logo of the school or university, or any graphic sign on the facade of the building. A similar effect in the interior can be obtained by using 2 Martin ELP-CL gobo projectors, with which we can display the theme of the event, the name of the school or university, wishes for future high school graduates or any graphic symbol on the walls.

The price of the package includes the assembly and disassembly of the equipment. The professional course of the entire event will be supervised by a team of 5 producers and technicians.
